Wimbledon Quarter Christmas Market 2025 in Partnership With Somnium London


This year’s Wimbledon Quarter Christmas Market will be curated  by local events company Somnium London.

Thank you for your interest in joining us.

The market will be held indoors, with additional food stalls outdoors, providing traders with a flexible opportunity to connect with the South West London community.

About the Market

Wimbledon Quarter, the much-loved shopping centre, will once again be transformed into a festive hub. Visitors can enjoy permanent attractions including the indoor ice rink and Santa’s grotto, as well as a programme of family-friendly events and live music concerts each weekend. Plans are also in place to extend the market outdoors, making this year’s event bigger and brighter than ever.

Trader Opportunities

Traders can book from as little as one day, or join us for the full programme.

We are seeking stallholders offering hot food, unique gifts, decorations, artwork, homewares, and more—all presented with creativity and strong visual appeal. We especially welcome local makers and distinctive products. The market is proudly single-use plastic free.

· £250 – Full weekend (all 4 days)
· £120 – Thursday & Friday (2-day booking)

· £230 – Full weekend (all 4 days)

Additional Information 
1. Booking Process
Pitches are allocated in the order that completed applications are received.

To maintain a diverse and high-quality market, Somnium London reserves the right to decline applications if products overlap too closely with existing traders or are not considered suitable for the event.

2. Setting Up & Trading Hours
Access to the site is available from 7:00am, two hours before the market begins.

On arrival, traders will be directed to their allocated pitch.

All stalls must be fully set up and ready to trade at least 15 minutes before the official opening time.

If you do not arrive on time and have not contacted us, your space may be reallocated. A non-attendance fee of £25 will still apply.

Stalls must remain open and staffed for the full trading hours. Packing down may not begin before the advertised closing time.

The site must be completely cleared within one hour after closing. Additional fees may be charged for late departures.

Stalls must be presented neatly, with stock displayed attractively and any packaging or spare items stored out of sight.

3. Payment
Full payment is required no later than one week prior to your booked market date.

Unpaid bookings may be cancelled and reallocated.

4. Pitch Sizes & Equipment
Standard pitches are suitable for up to two 6ft tables (one table and chair is supplied).

If you intend to bring your own tables, racks, or gazebos, the exact dimensions must be confirmed in advance.

5. Insurance & Liability
Somnium London does not insure traders’ goods, equipment, or personal belongings.

Stallholders are strongly advised to arrange their own insurance for theft, damage, and loss.

By booking, you agree that Somnium London cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage incurred during the event.

6. Cancellations by Traders
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booked date will remain fully chargeable.

7. Cancellation by Organiser
If the event is cancelled by Somnium London due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather or venue closure), traders will receive a full refund of any payments made.
8. Public Liability Insurance

All stallholders must hold valid public liability insurance.

Traders are considered “professional” (and therefore required to provide insurance) if they:

Trade at 10 or more events per year, OR

Operate under a trading/business name, OR

Promote their business through a dedicated website or social media page.

9. Food Traders

Anyone selling food or drink (including baked goods, preserves, confectionery, etc.) must hold the relevant licenses, registrations, and food hygiene certificates.

10. Photography

Photographs that clearly identify individuals may only be taken with signed consent from the person (or their parent/guardian if under 18).

Traders intending to take photographs must display clear signage at their stall.

11. Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the market site.
