IGS Tech Toolbox 2020 Submission
This is the submission form for the Tech Toolbox session at the Independent Game Summit (IGS) at GDC 2019 in San Francisco. GDC takes place from March 16 till March 20, and IGS is March 16 and 17.

The Tech Toolbox session is a series of 8 to 9 minute long microtalks, where developers present their homemade tools, snippets, editor extensions, hacks, and quick fixes for unique and novel solutions. These tools should ideally be non-commercial solutions to solving recurring problems in game development, be it day-to-day programming, pipeline optimizations, prototyping or other.

- Is the tool's design, or idea, platform/engine independent?
- Has the tool influenced the design or development of my game? How?
- Are you able to explain the tool in a short time?
- What is special about your tool?
- What aspects can you cover in <10 minutes?
- Can you explain and/or demo it meaningfully?
- NB: We do not generally include submissions that can be seen as advertisements.

The Tech Toolbox submission form will close on (deadline January 7th), at midnight PST.

Q: When will I know if my talk got accepted?
A: We will let the selected speakers know by mid January.

Q: Should I wait until you accept/reject my talk to buy a GDC ticket?
A: No. GDC will refund purchased tickets if you are selected as a speaker, so please buy a ticket if you are planning to attend regardless of being selected.
