This is an initial request for assistance from the SBDC for help with the SBA's Restaurant Revitalization Fund, which will open up later in April for priority periods and in May for all other eligible entities.

Eligible entities include:
Restaurants, Food Stands, Food Trucks, Food Carts; Snack and Nonalcoholic Beverage Bar; Caterer; Bar, Lounge, Saloon, Tavern; An Inn; *Brewery, Brewpub, Microbrewery, Taproom, Tasting room; *Bakery; *Winery; *Distillery; *A licensed facility or premise of a beverage alcohol producer where the public may taste, sample, or purchase products; Other similar place of business in which the public or patrons assemble for the
primary purpose of being served food or alcohol.

An entity that did not open prior to March 2020 may be eligible if they incurred expenses.

Note: Eligibility can be part of the conversation with an SBDC advisor.

The grants will be based on a comparison of 2020 and 2019 gross revenue. To be prepared for your appointment, have the following:

1. 2019 Tax Return(s)
2. 2020 Tax Return(s) if available, if not 2020 income and expenses
3. 2021 income and expenses
