Use this form to let us know if, when and with what you'd like to volunteer to help at VCF Midwest.  No commitment!  This will just register you on a spreadsheet so we can contact you before each show to see if you're available to help.  If you'd like to be removed from the list or otherwise change your registered info, edit the page or contact us at: volunteer@vcfmw.org

Are you interested and available to help out at the 2024 show anytime during the period of September 4th-8th (that's truck loading day through end of show)?

If you select "no," you will be removed from this year's contact list but your information will be retained for next year.  Email us at volunteer@vcfmw.org if you want to be removed from our rolls permanently.
Group Chat *
Do you have a Google account and a mobile device on which you can install the Google Chat (GChat) client?  We would like to have some sort of group comms system during our events so we can reach volunteers easily and coordinate activities.  This might work, it might not.

If you have a brilliant idea for an alternate system that almost everyone of any age can and will use and that isn't SMS, IRC or Discord, let us know in the comments below.

If you answered "yes" above, please tell us your Google user ID.  You will (possibly) be added to a group called "VCFMW Volunteers".  The group will be disabled after the show so we can't bug you year 'round.

Availability
Assuming our usual schedule of Wednesday load-up at our HQ, Thursday night load-in at the venue, Friday exhibitor setup (afternoon/evening), show on Saturday/Sunday and tear-down on Sunday afternoon/evening, which days and shifts will you be available?
