🧘 Practical information
*About the class:
- This is a 60min class. We will practice pranayama (breathing), asanas (poses), and meditation. The class will be taught in the language of your preference (English or BR Portuguese).
- Before the class begins, we can talk and adapt it to your needs: If you prefer something more active, more relaxing, if you are dealing with injuries or conditions, and so on.
*Payment:
- Value for 1 class: 280 SEK or 85 BRLÂ Â
- Value for a 4 classes bundle: 800 SEK or 230 BRL
- After you submit this form, I will contact you via e-mail to find a date and time that works for our practice and send you the Swish or Pix number for payment.

- Once we decide on the schedule and the payment is concluded, I will send you a Google Calendar reminder with a link to the class. You will be notified via e-mail.
*What to wear:
- Comfortable exercise clothes.
- Socks and sweatshirt for more comfort at the end of practice.
*What to have with you:
- AÂ yoga mat, a blanket or bath towel, and yoga blocks or any books for support.Â
- Also, to consider when setting your yoga space: find a silent comfy place to practice, check the internet connection, and have your computer/phone fully charged on the top of a chair or coffee table.
💙  Prepare in advance
- Start preparing your practice space prior to the class - e.g. find a calm space at home, have props close to you, check your internet and camera settings.
🌻 Be gentle with yourself
- Listen to your body and be careful and gentle with any conditions or injuries.
- If you have any questions or concerns that you might not know how to care for, feel free to ask.
