Refer to the Event Manual (at vmea.com) if you have questions. If you have questions or problems not addressed there, email Linda Gammon, VMEA State Executive, at firstname.lastname@example.org and cc your district representative on the email. Your report must be postmarked and complete within 8 weeks of the event date above in order to receive full honoraria. If 8-12 weeks after - honorariums are reduced to a maximum of $200 total. After 12 weeks the honorariums will not be paid. This is VMEA policy, which the treasurer cannot override.

When entering honorarium amounts, keep in mind: host/chair honorariums should total no more than $500; bookkeeper honorarium is not to exceed $150.
