JOIN US for our 5th Annual Spring Artisan Market at Hardywood Richmond! Come celebrate the arrival of Spring with our local RVA businesses! We bring together amazing local artists and makers selling handmade home décor, art, jewelry, apparel, and more! Indoor Event, located in Hardywood's Barrel Room.
APPLY NOW: If you would like to be considered for vending at this event read everything carefully and fill out the application below. SPACE IS LIMITED. Please keep in mind, this is a curated market with limited space. Please do not email inquiring about acceptance. NO FOOD TRUCKS, GLITTER, CONFETTI, FACE PAINTING. NO HEMP/CANNABIS BASED PRODUCTS.
EVENT INFO: This event will be held INDOORS ONLY from 12:00PM to 5:00PM. Vendor spaces are 8ft x 5ft Bring your own table(s). You may bring multiple as long as they fit in the space. There is a bathroom inside the venue available for use. No power hook up guaranteed. The event host will contact you the day or so prior to the event with a map of the venue and your spot number. For everyone's safety no one is to load out until 5:00pm. All trash is to be taken with you and all vendor equipment must be out of the venue no later than 6:00pm.
NO REFUNDS. Organizer has the right to reject or expel anyone at any time for any reason. (Violation of event rules or guidelines and/or causing problems for customers or other vendors.)
PARKING: 11:00AM to 12:00PM. Load-in through the parking lot. Check in with an Artisan Makers Staff Member and have your spot number on hand. More load-in info to come.

VENDOR FEE: $150/event (plus transfer fees). You may pay for 2 spots ($200) if we have room. Payment for this event is required to hold your spot and due no later than 1 week after acceptance email is sent. Payment instructions are sent once application is reviewed and the vendor is selected for the event. If we do not receive payment within 1 week of acceptance, we will offer the space to another vendor.
CANCELLATIONS: We do close if there are dangerous weather conditions such as excessive snow or State of Emergency. Consult our Facebook and Instagram page for updates. You are responsible for canceling if you are not comfortable with the weather forecast. VENDOR FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NOT TRANSFERABLE FOR ANY REASON.ONCE YOU HAVE PAID YOU WILL NOT BE ISSUED A REFUND. If you need to cancel, please let us know ASAP so that we may extend the space to another vendor.
Some Table and Chairs will be provided, TBD by the event organizer. These will be 8ft long high-top tables, along with high top chairs. If you would prefer to BYO table, please state your preference below (Not guaranteed)
BRING YOUR OWN: Table & Chairs(if needed) Cash, change, card readers, mobile device chargers, special lighting, packaging, bags, decorations, table cloths, displays, GREAT ATTITUDE, and anything else you will need to be successful at this event.
