*The candidate must be of good character and a positive representative of SWMHS Athletics. 
*Student athletes and teams may be nominated at any time following five years of graduation. 
*Coaches, athletic directors and trainers are eligible for nomination following five years from conclusion of duties. 
*There will be a maximum of ten inductees each year.
*The candidate must have earned a varsity letter in an NJSIAA sanctioned sport.
