Kitchen Tour of Mary Fisher Dining
Join the Bon Appétit at Goucher team and Sustainability Fellow Peter Todaro for a kitchen tour of the new Mary Fisher Dining Hall. See the inner workings of the kitchen, ask questions, and learn about the culinary and sustainability practices that go into producing your food!
Tuesday, Nov 13, 1pm-2pm. Meet by the entrance to Mary Fisher Dining.

Goucher Community Garden Planning Meeting -- Envisioning the 2019 growing season
Join the Ag Co-op and other interested students, faculty, and staff at a meeting to discuss possible plans for the community garden at Goucher during the 2019 growing season.

"Story Behind the Food" Presentation on Bon Appetit Corporate Sustainability Practices, followed by Q&A
Join Bon Appetit Fellow Peter Todaro for a presentation about the company’s local sourcing and sustainability commitments. A Q+A session will follow the presentation.

Field Trip: Urban Aquaculture Project
We will be visiting the Institute of Marine and Environmental Technology (IMET) in the Baltimore Inner Harbor. Limited transportation is provided, please only sign up if you are fully committed to attending this field trip.
Taking my own transportation for the 10am-11:30am tour, Wednesday Nov 14. Meeting at IMET.
Taking transportation provided by Goucher, Wednesday, Nov. 14, 9:15am departure - 12:15pm return. Meet by the Alumni House for pickup.
Field Trip: One Straw Farm
Want to learn more about sustainable agriculture and see where some of your food comes from every day at Goucher? Join the Bon Appetit team for a tour of One Straw Farm, one of our local Farm to Fork partners. Get to know one of the longest running independent sustainable farmers in Maryland! Space is limited, please only sign up if you are fully committed to attending this field trip.
