Teacher Coach Professional Learning Community Program Application Form
Thank you for your interest in the Teacher Coach Professional Learning Community Program. We want to nurture an asset-based, peer-led professional learning community, and this program is specifically designed for coaches of educators with the goal of interdisciplinary learning and advancing equitable outcomes for every student.

* Coaches are essential leaders who have unique leadership pathways.
* Coaches are not often provided ongoing PD specifically for their role.
* Coaches are a highly influential group who have the opportunity to systematically influence outcomes for our most underserved students.

This program is intended for District-Level Coaches (TOSA, Instructional Coaches, Program Managers, Curriculum & Instructional Coaches, etc.) to apply and participate in pairs from different content areas. All content areas are welcome to apply along with one coach from the STEAM fields; i.e., a district Mathematics Coach with a Literacy Coach. As a peer-led program, each district/organization pair, also known as Learning Partners, will be expected to lead one breakout session on an area of expertise that highlights excellent coaching for interdisciplinary learning in any setting. For example, based on your own experience, you and your partner could choose to lead a session on:

* Coaching to integrate lessons across content areas
* Spotlight Classrooms- Using Real Classrooms for Student-Centered Coaching
* Developing STEAM Identity Through Self-Reflection
* Effective Coaching Cycles Using the Know, See, and Do Approach
* Interrupting Bias
* Coaching in virtual & hybrid environments

Goal: Nurture a Teacher Coach Network and develop resources for district-level coaches to be shared beyond this professional learning experience. A Resource Website/Repository will be created at the conclusion of the program.
