Instant Access Card Application

Borrowers 18 years or older can apply for a library card via the form below. Metcalfe County residents will have access to digital content. Non-Metcalfe County residents are limited to in-house materials and cannot access digital content. Once the form is submitted a library employee will contact the individual within three business days with Patron ID number and PIN.

Borrowers will have one month to pick up the physical card upon presentation of ID and address verification. In the event the physical card is not picked up within the one-month period, the card will be discontinued. Borrowers can only apply for an Instant Access Card one time: thereafter ,they would be required to apply for a physical card.
