Community Pass Renewal should be available online – it needs to be easier to refill/renew
Community Pass use on Para Transpo needs to be easier/more accessible
Para Transpo Taxis are not currently given Presto Machines – this needs to change so users can pay with Presto
Sidewalk installation needs to be better thought out/planned
Infrastructure maintenance needs to better reflect Canadian Climate
Sidewalk Development needs to be more consistent
Alternate Public Transit vehicles could be used for smaller or local routes, for instance vans instead of buses
Projects and maintenance are often politically motivated and they don’t follow through after the election
Lorry Greenberg Drive should have high quality sidewalks on both sides, along the whole road
More bus service is needed in the neighbourhood, especially along the #40 route
#40 service has a reliability issue and is inconsistent
#98 needs to be more frequent/reliable
#98 last stop feels unsafe. The last stop should be a major transit station, or somewhere else
When sidewalks aren’t cleared, people can be housebound/unable to access basic necessities. Sidewalk clearing needs improvement.
Sidewalks are not accessible for people with mobility issues or devices. They are forced to take roads to travel, for walking or using wheelchairs
Volunteer snow removal teams are needed
Volunteer shoppers for people who are homebound during the winter are needed
Forestglade residents who use wheelchairs need accessibility
More urban furniture is needed. More seating, garbage, and recycling bins in public places
Better security is needed at Greenboro Park & Ride to encourage people to feel comfortable using it.
