2019 Asheboro Fall Festival Commercial/ Downtown Business/ Informational Vendor Application
Welcome to the application process for the 2019 Asheboro Fall Festival, hosted by the Randolph Arts Guild. The event will be held on Saturday, October 5th from 10 am - 6 pm, and Sunday, October 6th from 12 pm - 6 pm. Rain or shine.

Businesses interested in a booth that are NOT Handmade Arts & Crafts will fall into one of the following 3 categories:

1 ) You are a Commercial Business Vendor if:

Local Businesses that are not established within the Fall Festival Footprint. You can apply as a Commercial Vendor for a standard booth space within the arranged sequence order with the Handcrafted Art booths.

• Samples, coupons and flyers may be handed out for advertising purposes and gather contact information from
prospective customers.

• NO RETAIL/COMMERCIAL/FOOD PRODUCTS MAY BE SOLD.

• Vendor is not guaranteed the same location from previous years.

• Commercial Booth fees cover both days of the festival
10 x 10 space $150
10 x 20 space $250

The submission of this application with a $10 non-refundable registration fee will reserve your slot for consideration
pending final approval by the Randolph Arts Guild.

DEADLINE for application: FRIDAY, July 26th
Notification of acceptance will take place the the week of Aug 5th.

2 ) You are a Downtown Business Vendor if:

You are an established downtown Businesses that are located within the Fall Festival Footprint, your booth can be in front of your business location.

• You can apply as a Downtown Business Vendor for standard booth space for advertising, a sampling station and
exhibit products sold in the store.

• NO RETAIL/COMMERCIAL/FOOD PRODUCTS MAY BE SOLD.

• Downtown Business Booth fees cover both days of the festival
10 x 10 space $100

The submission of this application with a $10 non-refundable registration fee will reserve your slot for consideration
pending final approval by the Randolph Arts Guild.

Notification of acceptance will take place the the week of Aug 5th.

3 ) You are an Informational Vendor if:

You are a local nonprofit/charitable organization. You will be given the opportunity to register for a booth space in an “Information Square”, located in Bicentennial Park parking lot.

• Booth will serve to bring awareness to a particular cause and /or organization by word of mouth, distribution of
written materials and branded item give away items and collecting contact information from prospective supporters.

• NO MERCHANDISE/FOOD CAN BE SOLD.

• Informational Booth fees cover both days of the festival

NO APPLICATION FEE FOR NON-PROFITS

DEADLINE for application: FRIDAY, July 26th .
Notification of acceptance will take place the the week of Aug 5th.

Filling the form out on our website: www.randolphartsguild.com under Fall Festival
Picking up a copy of the application at our Gift Shop. (address listed below)
Printing a copy of the application and mailing it to the address listed below.

FEES can be paid by

1) by credit card by calling Morings Gift Shop (at Randolph Arts Guild) Tues-Fri 10 am-6pm

3) stopping by the store to pay in person. Tues- Fri 10am-6pm
