Filling out this form is not committing you to any specific task or show. The purpose of this form is to gather a pool of volunteers to notify when producers have opportunities available. *

Advertising - Outreach to/tracking of potential season and specific show advertisers - collect ads for show programs

Box Office Assistant - Assist a board member with box office at performances

Choreographer

Costume Designer - Plan costumes with director; work to budget, purchase/sew costumes

Costume Assistance - Sew and/or purchase costume elements. Measure. Purchase fabrics

Director - Stage Director

Fund Raising - Solicit donations, locate and apply for grants.

Graphics - Create marketing collateral for a show or shows (flyers/posters/banners/ads/program cover)

House Manager - Responsible for front of house, train staff as needed (ipads), inventory management

Lobby Staff - Concession sales and/or ushering. Assemble programs. Customer greeting/interfacing, bar (Limelight)

Lighting - Lighting design and/or light board operation and/or spotlight operation

Music Director - Rehearse and conduct orchestra

Musician - Play instrument for production

Program Design - Create program; work with producer to collect content, review, and print

Photography - Take promo photos and/or cast headshots and/or dress rehearsal photos

Props - Creating, managing, inventor props

Producer - Produce show (if not on the board, co-produce with a board member)

Set/Scenic Design - Work with director to develop and document design of set

Set Master Carpenter - Implement set design within budget

Set Construction (skilled) - Build set under direction of master carpenter. Basic wood construction. Tools (circular saw, table saw, drills, screw guns, hammers).

Set Construction (unskilled) - Painting, perhaps screwing or drilling

Scenic Painting - Creative or artistic painting on set

Social Media - Manage SVCT's Facebook & Instagram accounts, add content regularly

Sound - Sound design and/or sound board operator, manage mics, sound checks

Stage Crew - Manage rehearsal process, create run book, call show cues, etc.

Stage Manager - Coordinate with stage crew, tech team, attend several rehearsals and all performances

Vocal Director - Rehearse singers

Website Assistance - Backup to web manager. Know or willing to learn WordPress
