Tri-DAC Summer Program Nomination Form
Each year School District Five of Lexington and Richland Counties, Lexington School District One and Richland School District Two provide an intense three-week program for artistically gifted and talented students currently in grades 5th through 8th.  Students are chosen to attend after auditions or portfolio judging and interviews. The Tri-District Arts Consortium is scheduled for June 9-27, 2025, on the campus of Richland Northeast High School. Auditions will be held February 1, 2025 (Strings, Vocal and Visual Art) and March 1, 2025 (Band, Creative Writing, Dance, Theatre and Visual Art) at Richland Northeast High School. 

Only one form is needed per student for each art form.

Anyone can nominate a student by filling out this form. The deadline to receive all nominations is December 6, 2024.
