Send birthday, anniversary, and get-well wishes. Reach out during tough times with kind words or cards. Help plan small touches of joy at the reunion (like welcome notes or little surprises). Keep track of special dates and family news. Work with the planning team to stay in the loop.

Goal:
Keep the family connected, informed, and excited about the reunion through fun, positive social media updates.

What You’ll Do:

Create and manage a private group/page for the family (e.g., on Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp). Share updates, reminders, countdowns, and fun throwback photos. Post photos and highlights during the reunion (with permission). Encourage engagement—polls, questions, or shout-outs. Work with the planning team to share important info clearly and on time.

🙏 Pastoral Committee  (2 positions available) 

Goal:
Offer spiritual support, encouragement, and a sense of unity to the family through prayer, inspiration, and care.

What You’ll Do:

Open and/or close reunion events with prayer or a short reflection. Organize or lead family worship service Support family members who may be grieving or facing challenges. Coordinate with the Sunshine Committee to reach out to those in need. Share uplifting messages or scriptures before and during the reunion.

Helps explore new ideas and opportunities for our group. Members gather information, research options, and collect feedback from the community to see what’s possible. This committee makes recommendations to the main planning team, ensuring decisions are based on solid facts and creative ideas.

🎓 Scholarship Committee (4 positions available) 

Goal:
Support and celebrate the educational goals of family members by organizing and awarding reunion scholarships.

What You’ll Do:

Create and manage the scholarship application and selection process. Review applications fairly and confidentially. Help raise funds or promote giving for the scholarship fund. Announce winners at the reunion (or through family communications). Keep records of recipients and scholarship impact.
