Pricing:
All packages listed on the “food truck” tab of our website can be customized to add more service time or more cupcakes by the dozen. We also have drink packages, vegan/gluten-free options, pupcakes for dogs, and wedding cutting cakes as an option to add on. There may be a $50 long distance fee depending on your location (30 + minute drive), but there are no additional taxes or hidden fees on the listed prices.
After your requested date is confirmed, we require a $100 non-refundable security deposit to save your date. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to your scheduled event. We will email an electronic invoice for both with multiple payment options linked for your convenience. Let us know if your organization has any “red tape” polices such as W-9 forms or net terms and we can usually work with you to accommodate.
Food Truck Info:
We serve within a 1 hour range of Akron, OH. Our food truck is full service meaning items such as to-go containers, forks, napkins etc. are included. We carry our own generator and do not require water or electric hook up. Our truck is 10x25 ft with a 10’6” clearance and serves out of the passenger side.
We typically arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your event start time for set-up. We operate rain or shine. If you would like to reschedule your event due to inclement weather, we will do our best to accommodate but availability is not guaranteed. Please check the weather before the final 1 week check-in.
Licensing Info:
We are fully licensed and insured, including health + fire inspected, commercial + liability insured, and workers comp compliant. We can provide proof of documentation at your request.
Our truck is registered in Akron (Summit County). The inspections and licensing we provide are compliant with the standards set by state ordinances that cross county lines, but not state lines including, but not limited to: The Ohio Department of Public Safety, The Ohio Department of Health, The Ohio Department of Agriculture, etc.
If you require an additional inspection by your local jurisdiction we are happy to show up 30-60 minutes early and have an inspection beforehand, but that is something pursuant to your personal event specifically and would need to be arranged and paid for (if applicable) by your event organization. Please understand we do not make separate appointments to obtain additional licensing you require unless your event organization is willing to compensate the additional time, mileage, and additional fees associated with this personal compliance request.
Often, local jurisdictions will make an exception for additional permits because we are a “catering style” truck and we do not cook on the food truck. Everything is considered “pre-packaged” because it’s made at the brick and mortar beforehand. We do not have propane on board and are equipped with a fire extinguisher, co2 detector, and non-smoking.
