D276 School Closure Meal Order Form
No-Cost Meals will be provided during Remote - Meals are free to all District 276 Students.

Meals will be distributed on:
Monday (for Mon., Tues, & Wed.) and
Thursday (for Thurs.& Fri.)

Delivery method will be drive-up/walk-up from 12-1 PM at:
AAHS, Rotary Park, and AES.

If transportation is an obstacle to accessing meals - please note that in the order form.

If you choose to stop participating in the meal program, please call 309-462-2301 to let us know. We try to get our meal count as close to accurate as possible.
