D276 School Closure Meal Order Form
Meals will be provided during the Statewide School Closure - March 16 through Aptil 7th. Meals are free to all District 276 Students. Each day's meal will include a current day's lunch and the next day's breakfast - plus milk, juice, or water. Order forms will need to be completed by 8 PM on Monday March 16, 2020 for meals during the period of March 23-April 7th. A second order form will be sent out for the week of 3/23-3/30 at a later date.
Delivery method will be drive-up/walk-up from 12-1 PM beginning on Monday, March 23, 2020 at AAHS and AES. If transportation is an obstacle to accessing meals - please note that in the order form.
