Implementation teams will meet together for 3 full-day onsite sessions over the course of the school year, plus a few hours quarterly.

Pillar 1: Culture and Environment (Key Initiatives: Supporting extracurriculars and athletics; Updating facilities; Celebrating culture and diversity)

Pillar 2: Student Voice & Opportunities (Key Initiatives: Professional development on student voice; Expanding academic and extracurricular opportunities; Seeking student input)

Pillar 3: Meeting the Needs of Diverse Learners (Key Initiatives: Providing multiple ways for students to show mastery; Implementing tiered supports for students; Diversifying electives)

Pillar 4: Clear & Consistent Communication (Key Initiatives: Creating a welcoming culture; Establishing MCAS ambassadors; Implementing two-way communication platforms)

Pillar 5: Educating the Whole Child (Developing a mental health/learning environment screener; Providing a forum for relationships and character building; Establishing a circle of care)
