Join us for a spiritually-grounded retreat and learning time for being peaceful, hopeful people amid a time of fear and violence. This is part of a national network of trainings offered in Episcopal churches and seminaries. (See http://www.creatingacultureofpeace.org/index.php/about.)
The retreat is open to all persons aged 15 and older.
The March 10-12, 2017 event is hosted by St. Alban's Episcopal Church (Albany, CA) and sponsored by the Episcopal Peace Fellowship.
The retreat will begin Friday at 4pm and conclude Sunday at 6 pm, and you will come away with new tools, new energy and concrete plans for being a person of peace.
Cost for this 18-hour workshop, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday dinner and Saturday lunch, is $100. Limited scholarship assistance is available.
Participants commit to attending the full training and will receive certificates. Note that housing is not provided.
