I've been safe from my domestic violence situation for at least one year

I am comfortable sharing my story with others

I am applying to volunteer (which does not guarantee me a position)

This is an unpaid, volunteer position

I have a computer with reliable internet

I have a working phone

I understand that I may be exposed to stressors and triggers

I am over age 18

I agree to participate in safety planning training and any other trainings deemed necessary

I agree to keep the location of Stand Up Survivor, Love at the Center and any other sensitive information confidential.

I understand that I will be personally liable for any damages I caused to third parties during my volunteer work.
