Terms & Conditions

Do not attend if any of the following 3 questions apply to you

1. Are you experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, such as fever above 38C, cough, shortness of breath, loss of or change in taste or smell, runny nose or sore throat?
2. Have you tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 10 days?
3. Have you been identified as a Close Contact of someone with Covid-19 or been otherwise advised to restrict their movements by a healthcare professional?
- If during the event you experience COVID-19 symptoms immediately leave the event, self-isolate and arrange a COVID-19 test. If you test positive please inform the society by email.

- Wear a a mask unless eating/drinking
- Sanitise hands before entry and as necessary throughout the event
- Do not share any items that have not been thoroughly sanitised
- Do not block fire exits
- follow all health and safety instructions issued by the organisers at the event
- If in pods stay in your pod
- if seated at an event sit or stand at your seat only move if instructed by the organisers.
- do not move furniture, follow all guidance from the organisers.
- if the event is limited to people who are vaccinated you will need to show proof of this at entry.

Please not if you are in breach of any of these terms and conditions you will be asked to leave the event.
