MSSC Room Request Form
Requests for rooms must be made at least two weeks prior to the event. Requestor is responsible for any damage to facilities. Requestor is responsible for returning the facility to the normal room set up, including the removal of trash and catering remnants. The MSSC reserves the right to modify and/or deny access to its facility, without prior notification, for emergency reasons and/or non-compliance issues.

Monday –Thursday 9:00 am –11:00 pm
Friday 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
Saturday CLOSED
Sunday 4:00 pm – 11:00 pm
*Summer hours: Monday – Friday Open from 9am–5:30pm. Closed on the weekends!
