Thank you for considering fostering or adopting an Underdog!

To submit your application, please fill out the questionnaire below and send us a copy of your driver's license or ID at theunderdogsrescue@gmail.com.

For Adopters: Once we have reviewed and approved your application, we will schedule a "Meet and Greet" with your potential new family member. If everything goes well, you will have the chance to take them home for a trial week or longer. This period is intended to help you get to know your new pet and decide whether they are a perfect fit for your family. We will keep in touch with you throughout this time, and you can contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

For Oklahoma adoptions, the fee is $200 for dogs and $150 for cats. This fee covers the cost of spay/neuter procedures, age-appropriate tests, microchipping, and vaccinations.

For Maine adoptions, the fee is $300 for dogs and $250 for cats. The fee covers the cost of spay/neuter procedures, age-appropriate vaccinations, a microchip, and the transport cost from Oklahoma to Maine.

For Foster Parents: We will contact you by email once your application has been reviewed and approved. Please keep us informed of anything you need for your fosterling.
