From July 9th to 10th BBQ teams are invited to test their sauces, rubs, marinades and smokers against each other to win cash, prizes, trophies and acclaim.
Registration is $250 per team. All terms and conditions and competition information will be supplied to your preferred email address shortly after your registration is received.
This event will consist of up to 30 teams competing in 4 categories; Beef, Pork Ribs, Lamb and Pork, with a Reserve Grand Champion and Grand Champion for the overall points leaders. Teams will be competing for a total prize pool of $10,000 cash, trophies and prizes.
Registrations will close on June 21st 2016. A full event pack will be sent by email to all competitors upon Up In Smoke receiving their registration. Maximum 4 members per team. Teams will also receive free entry to the Adelaide Beer Festival.
