2025 Simi Valley Brownilympics Dad Volunteer Sign-Up

Our 38th annual BROWNILYMPICS is a Girl Scout event which was started in 1984, right here in Simi Valley. This year, we plan to have up to 300 girls participating from Simi Valley, Moorpark, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Oxnard, Camarillo, Ventura, and the surrounding Service Units and Councils.

Each troop is required to have a 50% ratio of volunteer dads to girls in order to attend. This ratio does NOT include your Pole Dad who is not included in the 50%. Of course, we would like every dad and significant adult male to attend and hope that everyone will.

We are asking all volunteer dads to work either the Morning Shift or the Afternoon Shift and to spend the rest of the day cheering the girls on and being a Pole Dad. Not only will your daughter benefit from your attendance, but you’ll have a great time, too!
