  • Please take time to answer all questions as incorrect info leads to longer review time. Please download currently active transportation specific plan fee programs. It should be noted that all fee programs are updated annually so please contact the appropriate development review office to obtain the current applicable fee table.   
  • Email any related clearance documents  (e.g., Building Permit Application, Tract Map/Parcel Map, A/B Permit, etc.). 
  • If there is an existing driveway, please answer as if it's a new driveway.
