Any resident wishing to host a guest who does not have a form of identification to present to Public Safety officers, or who is under the age of 18 without the accompaniment of a parent or legal guardian is permitted to do so with prior consent of the minor's parent or legal guardian and approval by the Office of Campus Life (reslife@uarts.edu).

Please note that no minor under the age of 13 will be permitted to stay on campus overnight.

Any falsification of this form is subject to disciplinary action from the Office of Campus Life for both the host and guest, and could result in removal from university housing or a persona non grata.
