Abstract Submission Form - Presentation

Please DO NOT register for the conference until after you have heard about your presentation abstract acceptance. Thank you in advance!

This form is for presentation submissions (talks). If you would like to submit a poster, please use the poster submission form instead: https://tinyurl.com/cbdk4vj4.

We will be communicating with you via email in the months leading up to the conference. PLEASE ENSURE YOU GIVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT IS CHECKED FREQUENTLY.

Please keep in mind: To help the presentation schedule run smoothly, we will be collecting presentation materials (PowerPoints, PDFs, etc) in the weeks before the conference, so they can be loaded onto conference computers. Materials are due to the Program Coordinators no later than September 15, 2023 (the Friday before the conference). We will NOT share your materials with the public on our post conference presentation upload unless you authorize us to do so. Reminders will be emailed out in the weeks leading up to the conference.

Due to issues with presenters sending in their bios in the past, you are now required to submit your brief bio with your abstract submission below.

The deadline for abstract submissions is September 1, 2023.
