Submission Process Guidelines
1. All submissions will be reviewed by the AMTA Blind Review committee and the Conference Committee.

2. Acceptance of submissions will be based on blind review score, distribution of topic areas, consideration for the number of sessions by individual presenters, innovative content, expressed need from membership, and reflection of the conference theme.

3. All submissions must be submitted online by the due date. Submissions received after the deadline or by alternate means will be reviewed only if space allows.

4. All committee-sponsored presentations are required to be submitted through this online form and should adhere to the same deadlines.

All concurrent sessions will be scheduled for 1 hour and 15 minutes. MTex talks are scheduled for 18 minutes.

Submissions are accepted only using this form. Please submit one form only for each proposed offering. Required questions are indicated by the *. You will see a confirmation screen after clicking the button to submit if your submission was successful (scroll back up to the top of the page if necessary). You will be notified by July 15 as to the status of your proposal. Information for the blind review process of session selection will be taken from your submission form so please do not include any identifying data where indicated. Not following instructions may cause your proposal to be rejected. Please remember to save your own copy of submission information for your future use if you have not already done so.

Learning Objectives *
Identify at least two, but no more than four, clear, simple, and measurable learning outcomes participants will gain from this course. Although more than one learning objective may be stated, at least one statement must be included relating the topic and learning objectives to the CBMT Board Certification Domains, 2015 (this document is available at www.cbmt.org). For each objective, identify the most relevant corresponding Board Certification Domain(s) using the letter and number citation . (For example, if offering a course on the use of music therapy for pain management, a sample learning objective could be: "Objective #1: Participants will be able to identify at least two music therapy interventions for pain remediation. (CBMT Domain II. A. 2. af)"

Format for MTex submissions
This year's theme is: “Innovate, Integrate, Motivate”. The presentation should be formatted as an 18-minute, high impact lecture by a single presenter. MTex talks will be scheduled in blocks of three with other talks of similar content when possible. An audience-involved discussion will be held at the conclusion of presentations, time permitting.
