A campaign is underway to publish a Volume 1 Autographed Collector's Limited Edition and you can help by preordering your copy today.

However, technology changes, rising delivery costs of physical products and member purchasing habits have changed significantly since Volume 1 went out of print in 2010.

Purchases of all printed textbooks have declined very significantly which raises questions about the feasibility of continuing ongoing publication of physical textbooks.

Your feedback on this poll can help inform Board decisions regarding ongoing publication of Volume 1 and other text books after the Volume 1 Collector Edition preorder campaign concludes.
