Raving Fans Specialist

The primary goal of our new Raving Fans Specialist position is to build lasting relationships with our valued customers. He/she will be out-and-about, sharing and spreading our appreciation to Milliken Corporation's customers, partners, and referral sources. He/she will be an extension of Milliken, across all brands,  to help create a Raving Fans experience for those we value most. This will include site visits, personally delivering lunch and goodies, writing and sending cards, making calls, and thinking outside of the box for ways to be better than the rest!

Essentially, this is a business development role, and we are seeking someone who is organized, eager to learn, coachable, passionate, customer-service driven, and a team player. One of the most important qualities this person must have is the ability to connect with people on all levels. Building positive relationships with our customers and the surrounding community is our top priority.
