EMS Conference Days: Fall 2024

Please use this form to select your preferences for the Fall 2024 Conference Days. Conferences are offered in person on the EMS campus. All RSVP responses are due by Friday, October 10.

Please choose either Thursday, October 24 or Friday, October 25, between 12:30–4:00 p.m. for your conferences. There is Conference Days programming starting at 8:00 a.m.

You will be scheduled to meet with at least five of your student’s academic teachers as well as your student's academic advisor. Conferences are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Most conferences will be ten minutes in length. 

Is there someone else you'd like to conference with (i.e, Speech & Language, Counseling, Public School Liaison)? If so, please write in that person’s name or title and we will schedule that meeting as well.
Mobility: We will be utilizing locations all around campus. Do you have any mobility concerns that we should be aware of that would make stairs or walking across campus difficult?
