2026-2027 DCMS Tutoring/Homework Help Sign Up Form

Delphi Community Middle School will offer free after-school homework assistance on Wednesdays from 3:20–4:30 PM, beginning Wednesday, September 2, 2026.

Please complete the information below to register your student for homework assistance at DCMS.

Important Information:
All students must be registered before attending. Students must be picked up no later than 4:30 PM. If a permission form has not been submitted or transportation cannot be arranged by 4:30 PM, the student will not be permitted to stay. Students who are not picked up on time may lose the opportunity to participate in future sessions.

Student Expectations

Please review these expectations with your student before their first homework assistance session:

  1. Students should bring homework, assignments, or other schoolwork they need help completing.
  2. Students are expected to use the time productively, work on assignments, and ask for help when needed.
  3. Students may not listen to music, watch videos, or use their devices for non-school purposes.
  4. Students may bring a snack and/or drink to have after school before homework assistance begins.
  5. Students must be picked up by 4:30 PM in order to continue participating in homework assistance.
