We're super excited to announce our most popular volunteer opportunity—Bike Valet—is back! We'll be offering Bicycle Valet for YaMammannem Cycling and Social Club's event: Let's Get Loud NOLA on July 3!  Volunteers will collect participants' bikes throughout the morning check-in and then give them back prior to the start of the ride. As riders return, volunteers will re-check them during the after-party at the Pythian Market. Please indicate your interest below and we'll follow up with you in 24-48hrs with further details.

A powerful tool is back in our arsenal as we work together to make biking, walking, and transit safe and accessible across New Orleans: face-to-face conversations. Can you join us for some upcoming door-to-door canvass to drop off literature about the Moving New Orleans biking improvements?

IMMEDIATE NEED!
We're currently seeking volunteers to join us via Zoom to make calls remotely on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. We'll be contacting supporters of better biking and mobility, local businesses and community stakeholders to talk about coming improvements to the city's bikeway network! Help us by making these calls to give supporters the latest news and to show their support! You will receive an orientation, so you are fully prepared before making your first call! Are you available to make calls with us?

With all the improvements coming to New Orleans, we've been busy reaching out to businesses and stakeholders and need some help entering them into our database. This will require some research and data entry.  Are you available to help?

We're partnering with the New Orleans Complete Streets Coalition to distribute yard signs in support of their campaign.  We're currently looking for volunteers to help us distribute signs in the following neighborhoods.  If you're available to help, please mark the neighborhood/s that work best for you. Person to person interaction will be minimal, since you will just install in front yard of people who request signs.
People have lots of questions about Complete Streets, and now that the New Orleans Complete Streets Coalition is about to launch a digital ads campaign, people are going to have even more questions. Our social media coordinator can't possibly respond to all of them on my own, so I'm asking if you will become a social media ambassador and answer them with me?
