In reviewing the information provided as part of the screening process, all relevant circumstances will be considered.The organiser's decisions in respect of all matters to do with the competition, including selection of finalists, shall be final. 1. Innovation (i.e. How new or novel is your food business concept? Is this unique compared to other potential businesses or products? Does this present a competitive advantage over other businesses or products?)
2. Product Market Fit - Online Market (i.e. How receptive would customers be? Is there opportunity or potential in the market for this product? Does this concept have the potential to be scaled up? Beyond a physical brick-and-mortar presence, how well-suited would the product be from an online market perspective?)
3. Capability (i.e. What specific management capability is required for the business? Does the applicant demonstrate the leadership and capability to navigate challenges and manage a successful business?)
