Please take note the following requirements before applying:
1. You must be 18 years or older on 9th August 2019.
2. You must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
3. If your current main source of income comes from preparing and/or cooking fresh food in a professional environment (restaurant, hotels, canteens, catering etc) where you are the registered business owner, then the organiser of "Foodiepreneur" reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine if your duties, training and/or experience are of a level that would render you ineligible to participate in the competition.
4. Answer all questions honestly and to the best of your ability. Do not leave any questions unanswered. If questions are inapplicable, please write N/A as a response.

Submission of an application form and compliance with the above does not in any way constitute an offer by the organiser for the applicant to appear on the program. The organisers may (but may not), at its sole and absolute discretion, contact you for further information regarding your application.

In reviewing the information provided as part of the screening process, all relevant circumstances will be considered.
The organiser's decisions in respect of all matters to do with the competition, including selection of finalists, shall be final.
Please refer to the attached General Terms and Conditions for additional terms and conditions applicable to the Competition. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this form and the attached General Terms and Conditions, this form shall prevail.

Selection Criteria
When selecting finalists for "Foodiepreneur", the following factors will be taken into account:

1. Innovation (i.e. How new or novel is your food business concept? Is this unique compared to other potential businesses or products? Does this present a competitive advantage over other businesses or products?)

2. Product Market Fit - Online Market (i.e. How receptive would customers be? Is there opportunity or potential in the market for this product? Does this concept have the potential to be scaled up? Beyond a physical brick-and-mortar presence, how well-suited would the product be from an online market perspective?)

3. Capability (i.e. What specific management capability is required for the business? Does the applicant demonstrate the leadership and capability to navigate challenges and manage a successful business?)
