• Scientific motivations
• Key goals for the program / workshop
• How the proposed program / workshop will impact nuclear physics, physics in general, and other fields of research
• Why program / workshop topic is important and timely
• What makes INT uniquely suited as a venue
• Minimum of 15 prospective participants: name, institution
