Hello! Welcome to the annual Election Report Form (ERF) for the 2023-2024 service year. Please complete this form to allow for communication between Key Club International, the District Board, and your club. By filling out the information requested below, you agree to allow this information to be compiled into the District Directory, created by your District Secretary, Isabella Buccilli. This Directory will be distributed to all clubs in the Michigan District of Key Club to promote inter-club relationships and service projects.
If you are not comfortable with your information being shared in the Directory, please still fill out the information so your Lieutenant Governor is able to contact your club, but email me at secretary@mikeyclub.org to be left out of the Directory.
Please fill out this form as completely as possible. Remember to include ALL contact information where applicable, including first and last name, email, and phone number. If the position is vacant or does not exist within your club, please fill out N/A for all questions. If an officer does not have an email and/or phone number, please also fill N/A. Remember, this information is critical for LTGs to be able to reach your club, so please fill it out even if you request to be excluded from the Directory.
