Pathfinders Meal Pick Up for Virtual Learners
Dear Pathfinder Parents,

Due to current United States Department of Agriculture School Nutrition Program waivers, JCPS Nutrition Services will be able to offer bulk meals (breakfasts and lunches) to virtual learners each Thursday (unless school is out). Pathfinder parents should select only 1 of the pickup locations. Pickup sites were selected to allow students enrolled across the district to pick up meals at a location near them.

Only students enrolled in Pathfinder School are eligible to receive the bulk meal packs.

You must fill out a form for EACH child that is enrolled in Pathfinder to receive meals for each.

• If parents need to change their pickup location or discontinue service, please call (502) 485-3186.
• This form only needs to be completed once for the year.
• The form must be completed by 5:00pm on the Monday prior to beginning the Thursday meal pickups.

You will receive an email letter, once approved, with specific instructions.
