Vendor Application
Welcome Food and Retail Vendors! The Blues From The Top is now accepting vendor applications.

In order to be considered you must:
1. Fill out form below
2. Provide picture of product
3. Provide proof of insurance
4. Provide proof of town sales permit.

Limited room is available, therefore applications will be received and reviewed on a first come first serve basis. Applications will be reviewed and an acceptance or rejection response will be given as soon as reasonably possible.

Accepted applications will be sent a vendor contract to be filled out and returned along with full payment and other items as detailed above.

Complete application and site fees must be submitted in full NO LATER than 3 weeks prior to event date, failure to do so will result in possible termination of vendor agreement.
