The deposit fee covers the testing of your device. The fee does not include any repair work. After we finish testing your device, you will receive a verbal estimate. The deposit is not refundable but will apply toward the cost of the repair. A written estimate is an additional fee. To expedite your repair your device may be sent to our local service centers. It will be returned to this store. You agree to pickup your device within 60 days from today. Repairs have a 30 day warranty starting from the day the repair is finished. You agree if you leave your device and any accessories over 60 days it becomes the property of BBS Computers so that we may dispose of the abandoned items. You agree that prior to allowing BBS Computers to perform tests, diagnostics, repair or any other services to your device, it is your responsibility to backup the data, software, information, or other files stored on your device. You agree that BBS Computers will not be responsible under any circumstance for any loss or corruption of data or software. BBS Computers is not responsible for pre-existing damage to your screen, hinges or chassis. The pre-existing damage may worsen if we need to disassemble your device to complete this diagnostic test. You agree that BBS Computers will not be responsible under any circumstance for any damage to the screen or other components as a result of preexisting damage. Special order items are not refundable. Rarely, there may be circumstances that require an extended testing; if this occurs, we will contact you.
