Hand2Hand Sign Up

We would like to offer you the opportunity to sign up for a meal program at Coopersville High School and Coopersville Middle School called “Hand2Hand." This program provides food for you, and your family for the weekend. It is intended for students and families who may currently be experiencing a financial burden.

How does Hand2Hand work? On Friday, before the end of the school day, you will come to the office and head to the Hand2Hand food pantry. In the pantry, there will be a combination of breakfast, snacks, lunch and/or dinner items. You pick items out of the pantry that you'd like, and return to class. This process is confidential.

There is no cost for this program! If you feel your student(s) would benefit from this opportunity, please complete the response form below. You'll need to complete the form for each child in your household. 

This opportunity is being provided by All Shores Wesleyan Church, in partnership with CAPS and the NEO 
Forum program, and starts the week of September 24th through the school year.
