All concerns or complaints related to accessibility challenges at UMBC should be provided in writing with your name and contact information in order for the Office of Accessibility & Disability Services to follow up with you. Please use this form to provide a detailed description of the concern, complaint, or observation that you would like to bring to our attention. Recommendations or suggestions for improvements are also welcome. We will follow up on all inquiries within 24-48 hours. Remember, if the matter is an emergency, call UMBC Campus Police at 410-455-5555 or 911 if you are off-campus. Contact FM's Work Control via 410-455-2550 or the ReADY system to report general campus repair and maintenance concerns. Residential repairs are reported via 410-455-3948 or the FXiT Link.
