Patient Activation through Community Conversations (PACC) Registration Required for January 11, 2019, 8:00-10:00 AM
Yes, I will attend the PACC, a free program where people who use the healthcare system find and share solutions.

People learn best when sharing. By sharing your experience or hearing from others what has worked for them, we are sharing solutions. No advice is given or permitted - only solutions of what has worked for you. Since 1996 Pulse Center for Patient Safety Education & Advocacy (CPSEA) has been speaking with groups of people about their experiences as patients or in using the healthcare system. In small or large groups, when people share their experiences, others learn.

This program is designed so people share their experiences and others can take away important information that would be of benefit to someone as a caregiver or someone recently entering the healthcare system. PACC is not meant to be a “support group” but instead a conversation that encourages learning from others and offers information and questions to take back to your own healthcare team. PACC is led by a facilitator. Register here or to host a PACC call (516) 579-4711.

Registration is required - No walk-ins please
