HomePOWERMENT is operated by HomePOWERMENT FZE, based at Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

What we collect

We collect the information you provide in this application: your first name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, and answers about your household, home staff arrangements, current challenges, digital tools, device preferences and interest in beta testing.

Please do not include home staff members’ names or contact details, children’s names, identification documents or sensitive personal information in your answers.

How we use your information

With your consent, we use your information to review your application, identify suitable testing households, contact you about participation and organize the beta program. Your answers also help us understand household needs and improve HomePOWERMENT.

If you separately opt in to launch updates, we will use your contact details to let you know when HomePOWERMENT becomes available. Receiving these updates is optional and does not affect your application.

How we handle and share your information

We collect responses through Google Forms and organize them in a linked Google Sheet. Access is restricted to people authorized to manage recruitment, beta testing and related product research.

We do not sell your personal information or publish identifiable application responses.

Google’s services may process information outside the UAE or your country of residence. You can read about Google’s privacy practices and international transfers at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to this form.

How long we keep your information

We retain identifiable application information only for as long as needed to manage recruitment and the beta program. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it, unless applicable law requires us to retain it.

If you opt in to launch updates, we retain your contact details for that purpose until the launch announcement has been sent or you withdraw your consent, whichever happens first.

Your choices and rights

Applying is voluntary. Questions marked optional may be left blank; required answers are needed to assess your application.

You can withdraw your consent or request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@homepowerment.ae. Additional rights may apply under the relevant data protection law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before your withdrawal.

Scope of this notice

This notice covers the Founding Testers application form. Separate privacy information will be provided before you use the HomePOWERMENT beta application.
