1. The renter shall remove all personal property that was not present in the venue when renter took control.
2. If furniture is moved by the renter, it must be returned to its original position.
3. The renter is responsible for clean up. Room(s) and/or parking lot should be clean and not damaged in any way.
4. The renter will be responsible for any damage caused to ESC property occurring during the rental period.
5. The renter will use only those facilities rented as indicated on this form.
6. No smoking in the building.
7. "No shows" will be billed for the full rental fee.
8. To be considered cancelled, an email must be sent to shannon@esclc.org stating the cancellation.
