We are hiring Independent Contractors to take inbound customer service, technical support and/or sales calls remotely from your home. As an Independent Contractor you are responsible for any cost associated with certification and any equipment you need in order to service. All expenses are tax deductible. Please be sure to review our website as it has all the information regarding equipment that is needed and certification information.

Inbound Call Center Job Description:
Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• answer calls and respond to emails
• handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
• research required information using available resources
• manage and resolve customer complaints
• provide customers with product and service information
• enter new customer information into system
• update existing customer information
• process orders, forms and applications
• identify and escalate priority issues
• route calls to appropriate resource
• follow up customer calls where necessary
• document all call information according to standard operating procedures (when necessary)

Education and Experience
• high school diploma or equivalent
• proficient in relevant computer applications
• required language proficiency
• knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• some experience in a call center or customer service environment is helpful
• good data entry and typing skills

Most certification classes are 2 to 6 weeks, M-F for 2-4 hours a day. Are you able to attend? (Most longer trainings are paid trainings)
If selected for this position, I understand that I am responsible for the cost of my certification class. *Note: The certification cost is not the cost charged by Team Lemon Enterprises, Inc., it is our clients fee for their certification course. Most certification classes are around $69. The cost is tax deductible. Our company also offers training reimbursement up to $75 for qualifying CSP's/Independent Contractor's * *
I understand, if selected for this position I am expected to enroll in a certification class within 30 days. *
Training requires 100% attendance, (no exceptions) I can commit.
After training, I can work a minimum of 15 hrs a week.
