DBI Membership Application
Downtown Baraboo Inc. recognizes three types of members:

1. Regular Members: are those that own or operate a business located within the physical boundaries of the established Business Improvement District (BID). 

2. Associate Members: are businesses outside the BID boundaries that have an interest in the goals of DBI. 

3. New Members: are those who have not previously been a member of DBI. New members receive a first year reduce rate membership, and thereafter will become a regular or associate renewing member.  

DUES SCHEDULE
New Member - $100
Associate Member - $175
Regular Member - $250
