Gilbert Auditorium Usage
This form should be filled out for anyone who is planning on using the auditorium. It will help ensure things are prepared for your event and that it can run as smoothly as possible.

The auditorium has no equipment for video recording, nor people on hand to do so. If you would like your event to be recorded, please make arrangements to bring your own equipment and personnel to run the equipment.
