Number of Non-Members
For the monthly report, we need to know the number of "non-members assisting". It's best we're only reporting individual non-members one time per month.

You can think of it this way...
  • If it is the first time you are filling it out for the month. Include all your non-members (other family members not in the Kiwanis Club).
  • If you are filling out this form again in the same month, only include NEWย non-members (any additional family members who have participated in a Kiwanis Event).

Total Number of Non-Member Volunteer Hours
Fortunately, non-members are included in our total service hours! Each non-member is counted as 1 hour. For example 5 family members who are non-members of the club x 3 hour event = 15 hours. ๐ŸŽ‰
